First Projects & Onboarding
Commencing my role at Wells Fargo, I was initially tasked crafting mockups to ensure compliance with design guidelines, particularly in terms of colors, spacing and accessibility. Over time, my responsibilities expanded to encompass more intricate and challenging mockup projects, highlighting my growing proficiency.

Icon Library Process Redesign
As a UX designer, one of my most rewarding experiences was working closely with a colleague to develop a process for managing the icon library.

Our goal was to streamline the way icons were handled, ensuring consistency and easy access for the entire team. Through our joint efforts, we established a well-organized system that significantly improved our workflow and design consistency.
Support

A significant portion of my role involved actively supporting team activities. Playing a key role in discussions on diverse issues, ranging from determining visual data requirements to strategically focusing the team's efforts. This collaborative approach allowed for a comprehensive exploration of ideas and ensured that our collective efforts were directed toward the most impactful and effective avenues.
Conclusion
In my product design role at Wells Fargo, active collaboration and regular meetings were key to aligning the team. Recognizing the importance of gaining user insights not readily available, I proactively took the initiative. Being assertive was crucial to securing ownership of projects, allowing me to drive success and further develop my skills as a dynamic and user-focused product designer.
